The customer agrees to hold  SKATCAST harmless for any other costs other than those associated with  the direct purchase price of the product purchased.  SKATCAST does not  refund shipping charges.  SKATCAST is not responsible for products  damaged in shipping, misdirected or redirected products, or any other  circumstances out of SKATCAST's control.
